The Menopause Workplace Excellence Awards are open to organisations of all sizes and sectors—plus two special categories for individuals making a difference. Enter below now and share how you, someone you know, or your organisation are leading the way in menopause support.
For organisations with 1-100 employees. This award recognises a small organisation making a big impact in menopause inclusivity and workplace wellbeing.
For organisations with 101-500 employees. Honouring mid-sized organisations that are embedding menopause support into their culture and leading by example across departments, locations, and leadership levels.
For organisations with 501-1000 employees. This award recognises large employers delivering systemic, high-impact menopause support across their operations, demonstrating exceptional commitment at scale.
For organisations with 1001+ employees. For organisations with a significant workforce, this award recognises leadership in embedding menopause-inclusive policies across diverse departments, sites, or groups.
Acknowledging a public sector or government body that has shown leadership in creating menopause-friendly policies.
This award honours educational institutions that are empowering staff, supporting awareness, and creating menopause-inclusive environments within their campuses.
Celebrating a non-profit or charity organisation that has demonstrated outstanding menopause support, championing employee wellbeing within mission-driven work.
This award recognises an internal group, taskforce, or employee network that has demonstrated outstanding dedication to driving menopause awareness and support within their organisation.
This award celebrates a male ally who has gone above and beyond to support menopause awareness and inclusivity in their workplace, championing change and breaking stigma. You may nominate yourself or someone else.
Recognising an individual who has shown exceptional leadership, courage, and dedication in driving menopause inclusion in their organisation or sector. Nominate yourself or someone else.
Menopause Hub Academy and Great Place to Work want every woman that experiences menopause in the workplace to feel comfortable and supported by their colleagues, managers, supervisors and HR.
We want managers and supervisors to be confident and informed in having sensitive menopause discussions with their team. And we want colleagues to feel knowledgeable and empathetic to those impacted by menopause in their workplace. Finally we want every workplace to appoint Menopause Champions and to introduce a menopause policy.

We have a highly experienced and expert judging panel who will review your entry and award the best entries on October 10th 2024 at 7-9pm in the Royal College of Physicians Ireland.

These webinars will offer valuable insights for any organisation looking to improve their menopause support, and will be a fantastic resource for anyone considering a future award submission.
